What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. Cards issued outside of Europe and the US may be restricted so please contact Customer Care if you experience any issues. Unfortunately, we don’t currently accept pre-paid Visa Cards or PayPal credit transfers.
Where is my order?
Orders are packed and dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm, anything ordered after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a shipping email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?
We offer a standard or an express delivery option to UK customers.
Standard delivery times are:
UK (inc Northern Ireland): 2-3 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
USA, Mexico, Canada: 7-12 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 5-14 working days
We cannot guarantee delivery on a bank holiday, so please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Our shipping costs are weight based and vary depending on the total weight of your parcel.

For all UK and International deliveries, we currently use Royal Mail.

How can I track my order?
If you have selected one of our Tracked and Signed for Services, you will receive an email with a tracking number and details of how to find your order.
Will I be charged customs?
Customs & import duty charges do not apply to customers in the UK or EU.
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
How can I return my order?
We really hope that you love our products, however Brush Junkie accepts returns and exchanges of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following before returning your items:
To be eligible for a return, products MUST be complete in original packaging, unused and in an undamaged condition.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with 'RETURNS' and ORDER NUMBER in the subject line, please state your reason for return within the body of the email.
Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for paying any returns shipping costs.
Please return items using a recorded mail service as it is out of our control if products do not reach us or go missing.

We will respond with any further information on the returns process. Please allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your refund
It may take between 3 - 5 working days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
All refunds are made through our secure on-line payment system. We don’t store card or payment details so the refunded payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal.
Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanged of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt.
Please email our customer care team on email@example.com with details of your order and the items you wish to exchange.
We may need to issue you an invoice for any additional costs or process a refund for any costs owed to you if the value of the exchange is less that your original order.
I have a faulty or damaged item
We hope your purchases will all arrive in perfect condition, however if you are unhappy for any reason please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you within 48 hours to try and rectify the situation, as quickly as possible.
I’ve received the wrong product
